Terms for the limited one-probe QoEProbe technical evaluation.

Last updated: 1 November 2026. By registering for the evaluation, the customer must accept the current demo terms through the registration process. Acceptance must be captured and retained by the registration service as required by applicable law.

1. Evaluation scope

The QoEProbe demo provides one activated probe per customer, selected Ping IPv4/IPv6, DNS, HTTP browsing, HTTP/HTTPS download and upload, and MTR measurements and associated portal/dashboard access, subject to published technical limits. Streaming, commercial SLAs and advanced plans are excluded. Download and upload tests remain subject to the published target, traffic, scheduling and quota restrictions.

2. Eligibility and authority

The applicant confirms they are an adult authorized to act for their organization and authorized to deploy probes and test the chosen networks and destinations. The service may verify the account email and reject misleading registrations.

3. Period and capacity

Demo duration: [INSERT CURRENT DEMO DURATION]. Rate and target quotas: as displayed in the portal and current plan entitlement. Availability and limits may change for operational/security reasons with appropriate notice.

4. No charges

No payment card or charge is required for this free evaluation. No automatic paid conversion is enabled. Future paid service requires separate affirmative agreement.

5. Customer responsibilities

Maintain devices, connectivity, operating system security, permissions and authorized target selection. Do not bypass one-probe, rate or security restrictions. The Acceptable Use Policy applies.

6. Service and data

The demo is offered for technical evaluation without a commercial availability guarantee, to the extent allowed by applicable law. Privacy and data-processing roles are described in the Privacy Notice and any separately concluded Data Processing Agreement. Actual data handling and safeguards must be verified before launch.

7. Ending the evaluation

Accounts may expire at the published end date, be closed on customer request, or be suspended for serious abuse/security reasons. Retention and deletion follow the published and verified Privacy Notice.

8. Responsibility and law
