Data Processing Agreement

Information for business customers on data-processing terms.

Data processing terms for eligible business customers. Where QoEProbe processes personal data on documented instructions from a business customer, a separate Data Processing Agreement may be required. This page summarizes the topics addressed by the agreement; an executed agreement is provided through the contracting process.

Processing roles

QoEProbe may act as controller for account and security administration, and may act as processor where it processes measurement data on behalf of a customer. The classification requires a dataset-by-dataset assessment.

Agreement topics to finalize

  • Subject matter, duration, purposes and nature of processing
  • Categories of data subjects and personal data
  • Documented instructions and confidentiality
  • Technical and organizational security measures
  • Subprocessor list, authorization and change notice
  • Support for rights requests, incidents, deletion, audits and return of data
  • EU/EEA international transfers and any applicable SCCs

Data protection and international transfers

Applicable agreements identify subprocessors, processing locations, security arrangements, international transfer safeguards and responsibilities. Business customers can request the appropriate documents through the corporate contact form. For transfer SCCs, use the Commission-approved text unchanged where applicable and complete the appropriate modules and annexes.
